1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal and consumable nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened or partially used products
• Products without their original seal or packaging
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

2. Eligible Returns

We will accept returns if:

• You received the wrong product
• The product was damaged during delivery
• The product was defective or expired upon arrival

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–10 business days] after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need an exchange, contact our support team.

5. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.
• Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed, but you may be eligible for a return under Section 2.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
